It's often the small things in life that make a big difference. The situation of the apartment compound could not be more beautiful and idyllical. It is quiet but centrally located at the foot of the mighty mountains of Hochkönig Winterreich (max 2943 m).

The apartments have been decorated with attention for detail, ther are comfortable and cosy, with the rustic atmosphere of the Salzburgian countryside. Under the compound you will find a garage, where you can park your car safely. Furthermore, you can use the leisure room with
fitness-equipment, a ping-pong table, billiard and mini-soccer. For the small guests there is gymnastic apparatus and several games. The wellness-centre of the apartment complex includes a sauna, steambath and whirlpool. After a day outside full of activities, you will find rest here for body and soul.

In winter, Dienten shows you its other lovely features. This region offers horse-sleigh rides, plenty of aprés-ski possibilities, ski-, carving- and snowboard courses for young and old. You can enjoy guided ski tours in the intact nature or explore the great cross-country slopes. The ski-region Hochkönig Winterreich (max 1900 metres, 150 km slopes) has good snow until the beginning of May! When you want to reach the ski-lifts, you won't even need a car, everything is in your immediate surroundings! Shops, restaurants, bars, toboggan-tracks, ice hockey rinks
and schools where you can learn climbing.

In summer, Dienten is plenty of fun as well. The mountain area of Hochkönig Winterreich is the starting point for many beautiful hikes. Romantic walks through the splendid and varied landscape over a network of 170 km of signposted tracks will show you the wonders of nature.

Several activites are possible around the compound, such as mountainbike trips over steep mountains, riding tours with your whole family or a speedy slide down the toboggan track. The real thrill seekers can practise several arial sports and feel like "rulers of the skies".

The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated.
