Two great advantages of this holiday home are the separate living room and separate live-in kitchen. The interior is cosy and comfortable. There is a small garden and a terrace in front of the home. It is the perfect place to enjoy a beautiful sunset.

In the winter the skibus stops almost directly in front of the door. The skibus takes you within 5 minutes to the mid-station of Zillertal Arena Lift. Therefore, it is an excellent winter location, not far from the skilift!
