Description:
The very atmospheric apartment block Stefan contains 12 holiday homes, of which we rent three. The holiday-house (50 m2) is sunny and set in a peaceful place by the edge of the forest, not far from the centre of Imst.
Plenty of walks can be made from the holiday home (140 km. Walking routes) and in the winter lots of winter sport possibilities (Hoch Imst, 2,5 km. and Hochzeiger, Jerzens-Pitztal, 15 km.). Imst has a new feature: the longest Alpine roller coaster (Alpine Coaster) in the world. It is accessible both in summer and winter.

A covered parking place is reserved for each apartment, there is a pay-phone in the building and a fitness room available. Available for use at a charge: sauna, infra-red-warmth cabin, solarium, washing machine, dryer and internet. The house is also equipped with a playground with several installations such as a slide, swing, sand-box, table-tennis and basketball.
