This beautifully situated holiday home is located in Afritz am See in Carinthia, in the beautiful "Gegendtal", south of Verditz and offers a fantastic view over the valley. The holiday home has four comfortably furnished apartments.
This apartment for a maximum of 4 people is approx. 65 m2 in size and is located on the first floor. It has a double bedroom, a living room with an open kitchen and a sofa bed for two more people. This apartment also offers two bathrooms with a shower and toilet as well as a spacious balcony with a beautiful view. The holiday home and the surrounding area are a true paradise - for both children and adults. You can reach Lake Afritz in 8 minutes and Villach in 25 minutes.
In summer you can relax on the lawn or have a barbecue in the evening. Early risers will be rewarded with a fairytale view over the Karawanken. You can go on beautiful hikes or visit one of the lakes in the area. If the sun doesn't shine for a day, you can visit one of the museums or go swimming in the thermal baths.
If you strap on your skis full of energy in winter after breakfast, the ski lifts are not far away. The ski resorts of Bad Kleinkirchheim, Gerlitzen and the border triangle are all in the area and provide a lot of variety. The little ones are in the best hands on the Gerlitzen. After a wonderful day of winter sports, you can pamper yourself in the warm thermal springs of Bad Kleinkirchheim.
In short, you definitely can't miss out on a vacation in this beautiful holiday home!

Het verblijf Verditz 3 was buitengewoon prettig, prachtig uitzicht vanaf balkon op de Karawanken berggebied. Heerlijk rustige omgeving. Veel wandelmogelijkheden in de omgeving. Onze zoon van 10 jaar vermaakte zich erg goed. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar, we komen zeker een ander jaar terug.

Date of stay: August 2015Huis ligt op een supermooie plek, vanuit het huis kijk je een groot dal in met uitzicht op de Karawanken. Gastvrouw doet erg haar best om het je naar de zin te maken, bad- en bedlinnen in ruime mate aanwezig. Prima plek om van daaruit uitstapjes naar Italië en Slovenië te maken, Triglav nationaal park is een echte aanrader.

Date of stay: December 2012 - January 2013Habe im Internet ein Zimmer auf ihrer Seite gesehen das ich mit der dort eingegebenen Nummer gebucht habe. es hat sich leider rausgestellt dass sie ein anderes Zimmer, was vile kleiner war für mich reserviert haben. Ich habe ausdrücklich bei der Wohnung 2 Schlafzimmer angesprochen, die waren in dieser Ferienwohnung nicht vorhanden. Wir mussten ein Extrazimmer dazu nehmen für das wir Mehrkosten aufbringen mussten. Allen waren sehr unzufrieden mit dieser Situation, doch vor Ort konnten wir niemanden von Ihrem Resiebüro erreichen. Die deutsche Nummer ist in Österreich nicht erreichbar. Bin sehr enttäuscht von Ihrem Service.

Date of stay: July 2012Rustig, typisch oostenrijks verblijf met speelgedeelte buiten waarop ons balkon uitkeek. Heel behulpzaam vastkoppel, speelkameraadjes voor onze kinderen. In de omgeving veel meren en veel uitstapjes mogelijk met de zomerkaart maar het was veel met de auto rijden.
