The Villa Lipno is a very luxurious and comfortably furnished villa with garden and swimming-pool. It is located near the lake Lipno in the beautiful Sumava region. It is only 300 metres from the Lake Lipno and there is a beautiful sight of the Sumava mountains. In the summer you have the possibility to cycle, take a walk, hike or practice all kinds of watersports. In the winter you have the possibility to iceskate or to ski very nearby. There is a small ski lift just outside Frymburk with a descent of about 1 km. A bigger ski area can be found at about 5 km distance.

The Villa Lipno is the perfect place to spend summer as well as winter holiday!
