Description:
The cottage is situated in a peaceful location in the town of Etretat, well-known above all for its famous cliffs. The north side of the house faces allotment gardens and the south faces a wood. There are a number of footpaths in the area surrounding the house and a great number of sports can be practiced in the region (golf, horse riding, tennis, sailing, etc.). The house is 900 metres from the sea as the crow flies, about 15 minutes on foot.
