Description

This beautiful and detached villa for 8 persons is located in a green and natural environment in the residence Atlantic Green. It is 3,5 km from the centre of Lacanau-Océan and only 3,5 km from the (sand) beach.

The villa is luxuriously furnished and fully equipped. You will find a a fireplace in the living room, a luxury kitchen with dishwasher and appliances, a washing machine and dryer. The villa disposes of four bedrooms on the ground floor or three bedrooms on the ground floor and one bedroom on the open mezzanine floor, one bathroom and two shower rooms or two bathrooms and one shower room and two separate toilets.

The villa has a covered patio and a very large garden with a large private pool (not heated and open from early April to early November). The size of the garden ranges from 1200 to 2600 m². There is also a parking spot next to the villa.

In Atlantic Green, you can book various villas for four to eight people.

*It is obligatory to pay for electricity when staying outside of March 26 and November 5: €70 per week.

Ontvangst goed huizen op het park verschillen van eigenaar onze accommodatie was helaas slecht onderhouden balustrade deels los van de muur . Villa indeling is goed. Binnen het huis keuken ladefront los, schuifdeurkast ging niet open, werd wel direct gemaakt. ventilatiesysteem op toilet werkte niet, hoofdkussens smoezelig en zeer zeer dun. Schimmel in de badkamer, langs de plinten stof vastgekoekt. 2 lampen in badkamer knipperden, is direct iemand gekomen en tikte eraan en werkte weer Omgeving was goed. We hebben een mooie vakantie gehad wat grotendeels aan het gezelschap,lag

Het huis is van binnen heel leuk ingericht. De tuinligt op een helling, maar de kinderen vonden dat geen probleem en hebben er de hele vakantie gespeeld.
