This beautiful and detached villa for 6 persons is located in the heart of the Aquitaine coast in the residence Eden Parc Golf. It is only 3,5 km from the sand beach Lacanau-Océan and 12 km. from the city centre of Lacanau.
The ground floor villa is luxuriously furnished and fully equipped. You will find a a decorative fireplace and TV in the living room, a luxury kitchen with dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. It also disposes of three bedrooms on the ground floor or two bedrooms on the ground floor and the third bedroom on the first floor. One bedroom has a double bed and the remaining bedrooms each have two single beds. You will also find a bathroom, a shower room and two separate toilets.
The villa has a covered patio and a very large garden with a large private pool (not heated and open from early April to early November). The size of the garden ranges from 1200 to 2600 m². You can also enjoy a lovely barbecue here. There is also a parking spot next to the villa.
In Eden Parc Golf, you can book various villas for four to eight people.
*It is obligatory to pay for electricity when staying outside of March 26 and November 5: €60 per week.

Date of stay: July 2019 - August 2019Het was wat onduidelijk waar de sleutel kon worden opgehaald. Maar na telefonisch contact werd dat snel duidelijk. Aangezien we later waren door files dan geplanned kwamen we te laat voor het ophalen van de sleutel. Echter, speciaal voor ons zijn ze open gebleven. Goede service! Verder was de accomodatie en de ligging prachtig. Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien, lekker ruim en een grote veranda. In de omgeving hoef je je niet te vervelen. Wij hebben heerlijk gedurfde, getennist, gewindsurfed en gemountainbiked. Maar er zijn nog vele mogelijkheden meer om te doen.

Date of stay: April 2019Het huis was matig. Erg schaars ingericht. Maar 1 bankje voor een zespersoonshuis is wel erg weinig. Ook niet erg schoon. We zijn beter gewend van huizen via topictravel.

Date of stay: July 2016Woning is ruim en mooi. Wel veel spinnekoppen in huis en buiten. Geen muggen wat een plus punt is. Het totale gebrek aan wifi vind ik in deze tijd een probleem. Ook in de omgeving in bar en eetruimte was er weinig wifi. Veel schaduw rondom het huis . Het zwembargo hadden geen tijd om op te warmen wat voor mij niet echt een probleem is.

Date of stay: July 2013Vakantiewoning was heel fijn, prima ingericht en schoon. Mooi zwembad en mooie ligging. Lacanau leuk dorpje direct aan de oceaan met mooi strand, met lekkere restaurantjes en mooi strand.

Date of stay: May 2009 - June 2009Het huis staat in een bos-omgeving,. Het is een héél fijn huis en we hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. De Gironde hadden we nog niet bezocht in Frankrijk en kunnen we nu dus afvinken!
