Description

This interesting and very comfortable, proper family home with lots of space and flexibility is located in Coubjours. This 300-year old building is fully renovated and has some lovely nooks and terraces, all great places to relax, either alone or together with the rest of your group.

The rooms all have a complete and tasteful interior, each with its own identity. The house features four luxury bedrooms, a kitchen and a kitchenette, two bathrooms, a very large living room with cozy insert stoves, various terraces, a heated swimming pool with lots of privacy, an infrared sauna, and a garden within walking distance from the house.

The house is situated on the edge of a small village and offers views across the hilly landscape of the Correze region. The holiday home is a perfect base for trips to pretty towns, caves and lakes and of course, canoeing down the Dordogne is also a great group activity.

Typisch Frans huis. Met authentieke elementen.Heeft echter wel wat kleine mankementen aan de voorzieningen. Mooie kamers en goede bedden. Jammer dat het zwembad niet verwarmd was. Tuin iets te ver van het huis.

Een heerlijk huis. Zelfs voor 12 personen nog heel ruim en zeer sfeervol ingericht. Inventaris is ook zeer compleet. De omgeving is ook erg mooi. Coubjours zelf is een klein heel stil dorpje met een leuk kerkje. Vanuit het huis leuke wandelingen en mountainbike tracks. Met de auto is natuurlijk de hele Dordogne goed bereikbaar.

Mooie omgeving, heel mooi huis met heel veel mogelijkheden. Het zwembad was te koud (22° en later gezakt naar17°) . Schoonmaak is een stevig werkpunt. De eigenaar (of diens afgevaardigde) heeft zich niet laten zien, beantwoordde op den duur zelfs geen telefoons meer. Gelukkig waren we creatief genoeg om er toch een leuke vakantie van te maken...

Een heerlijk super groot 300 jaar oud huis geschikt voor wel 3 gezinnen, elke verdieping (3) heeft een keuken en badkamer. In het dorp (100 inwoners) en in de omgeving is er verder echt niet veel, maar met het super zwembad erbij is het heerlijk vertoeven. Een aanrader voor families met vrienden die in een heerlijk rustige omgeving willen genieten.

Gigantisch huis voor 14 personen, mooie ruimtes, lekker zwembad, niet verwarmd, stond wel vermeld maar was niet het geval. Bedden prima, badkamers ok. Veel handdoeken en die waren erg schoon, ook de bedden, alleen de algehele schoonmaak was wat minder, kan beter
