The wonderful towns like Salzburg, Munich or Kitzbühel are so near, that you can reach them in less than one hour.
You can arrive by train at the Chiemsee-station called "Übersee".
In Grassau we offer a lot of sports-activities.
Also there are restaurants at different levels and a night club. The next villages like Reit im Winkl or Ruhpolding are wellknown because of the world-cups.
In Grassau a golfground will be installed in 2008. In near surroundings more than 10 golfplaces are disposable.
