Description:
This detached holiday home is located at an elevation of approx. 600 m above the idyllic village of Wissinghausen, with a lovely view over the valleys and mountains of the Sauerland.

Lying directly on the edge of the forest, it has an approx. 120 m2 fenced garden, and 40 m2 of the terrace is covered and equipped with garden furniture and a charcoal grill. In the garden there is a little pond which is separately enclosed with an adjacent small animal pen. The water bubbles up from its own spring (not drinking water).

The forests offer wonderful walking and mountain biking trails.
The house's central location between the winter sports centres of Willingen (approx. 15 minute drive) and Winterberg (approx. 10 minutes drive) make all of the winter sports options or other leisure activities easy to reach.
