This cosy holiday home (approx. 90 m2) is quietly located on the edge of Demerath, in the heart of the Volcanic Eifel. The holiday home is situated on the first floor. From the terrace you can enjoy a fabulous view on Demerath and the unique "Eifel" landscape.

Demerath is a small place in the Volcanic Eifel and you are in the right place here if you are looking for tranquillity and relaxation. From Demerath you can make a beautiful walk to the "Demerather Mühle" (mill) and there are lots of other well signposted walking paths.

Demerath is centrally located, which allows you to easily explore the whole Volcanic Eifel region. In direct proximity you will find the famous "Maare" (water filled crater lakes). And in the city of Daun you can shop and visit the volcano museum and the animal park. A visit to the city Trier, the oldest city in Germany and Koblenz, the castle Manderscheid and the Nürnburgring are definitely worth it.
