Description:
This nicely furnished holiday residence, located in a passive house, is in idyllic and quiet location in Hunsrück in a side valley of the Dhron. A passive house is a house without heating, but with controlled ventilation. The holiday residence, with its own entrance and terrace, is located on a small stream near the Erbeskopf (816 km).
There is a parking area near the house and also places to store your bikes. You can also hire bicycles from the owner.

There are many options in the areas for walking, cycling or for making a day trip to the Mosel (15 minutes in the car), the Erbeskopf, Idar-Oberstein (35 km) and Trier (30 minutes in the car). Trier is the oldest city in Germany and surely worth the effort of a visit.
