Description:
The beautiful "Haus Rieder" is located in the holiday area Inzell in Beieren and has 3 holiday cottages. You have the house "Rauschberg" (approx. 35 m2) which is on the 1st floor.
The house is in a protected nature area. From your balcony, you have a beautiful view over the "Hochmoor" and the "Inzeller Bergen". During summer, you can swim and participate in diverse watersports activities on the Chiemsee (approx. 20 min. by car). If you prefer to rather discover the nature by bicycle or by foot, then there are various cycling and hiking routes in the surrounding. Even in Inzell many festivities takes place during summer.
In the winter you can langlauf, toboggan and ski in the famous ski areas in Tirol and the Salzburgerland in Austria (approx. 0,5 - 1 hours by car) and in Inzell you can ski as well (30 km slopes) and langlaufe (110 km slopes) in the small ski area "Region Chiemgau" (700-1200m). Besides, Inzell has an open air ice rink, which is accessable for the public as well.
A visit to Salzburg (approx. 35 km), the birth city of Mozart, is surely worth it.
In short, a region with many possibilities!

In the prices of the holiday home an Inzell-Card is included. This card offers many entrances in Inzell and Chiemgau.
