This newly built Hungarian style villa, which is provided with all luxury and comfort, is located in the village of Fertöd. The owners opted for Fertöd, because of its very favourable location at a mean road and the many recreational possibilities in the area. Also the beautiful baroque Esterházy castle, the Versailles of Hungary, in Fertöd is definitely worth paying a visit.

The villa comes with a private swimming pool of 8m x 5m x 1,3 m. It has a filter installation, mosaic tiles, underwater lights and a flagstone terrace around the pool. Furthermore, you have a separate, covered barbeque area at your disposal. On top of that, there is a fully enclosed garden of 100 m2 with a beautiful wrought iron entrance gate on the front of the house. Inside the gate, there is enough space for 3 or 4 cars. Complete privacy so you can enjoy yourself to the fullest!

During summer, the temperature is comparable to countries such as Spain, Italy and Turkey.
