Large and pleasant farm-holiday residence in northern Tuscany.
This huge farm estate is located in the enchanting Garfagnana area, a wonderful part of northern Tuscany. The holiday homes have been recently restored and offer high quality tourist facilities. 15 hectares of greenery, woodland, fields, crops, cattle and walking paths where you will find a dozen holiday residences (both independent houses and terraced properties), in various buildings, making up a veritable village. The dwellings, with their rural style are furnished in a functional yet comfortable way.

A whole host of services are also on offer: a shared garden; sun lounging terrace, a large pool, restaurant serving traditional Tuscan delicacies, a children's' play area, (miniclub) and a multi-functional room for meetings, receptions, entertainment, parties and other celebrations, which can easily be organised by contacting the owner.

Set in a relaxing, verdant location, there are many opportunities for leisure pursuits, due to the central position. In under one hour you can visit the coast and wonderful beaches; a visit to the Cinqueterre and plenty other nearby gems await you; not to mention the regions' art cities and the many characteristic villages in the area.
Guided tours, a babysitter and courses are all available upon prior request.
