THE APARTMENT has a spectacular view. In front of you is the view of the Gulf of Naples and behind, is the high typical tuff coast of the Sorrento Peninsula. The centre of the town is at 400 meters.
The apartment is located on the touristic port of Sorrento, at a few steps from where the boat leaves to Capri, Ischia, Naples, Positano, Amalfi and at 100 meters from the beach. The historical centre, with the restaurants, bar, shops, can be reached in 5 minutes walking or by bus (every 10 minutes).
You will be in the historical and tourist center of Sorrento. All around the building you will see a lively atmosphere. There are several small shops, bars, and restaurants by the sea with little tables outdoors which invite you to long resting moments: while you take your cappuccino in the morning or enjoy your spaghetti in the evening, you can feast your eyes and soul on the view of the sea, Sorrento, and the Vesuvius far in the horizon, not mentioning all the cheerful and friendly people you will see around …
The little port where ferries to Naples, Capri and all other tourist destinations of the coast depart is a few feet away. And also a few feet away you will have the bus stop. Piazza Tasso can be reached on foot or by bus, being only one bus stop away.
There is no elevator, to reach the apartment you have to climb about 60 steps.
