This simple residence with flats is located in Paciano. The flats are simply furnished and are spread over several floors. The house is simply and cosily furnished. With 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, the house is big enough for 5 people. Families will have a wonderful time here.
The town is an ideal base for exploring and visiting Umbria. For example, take a day trip to Perugia, which is already 40 km from the house. You can also take endless walks and bike rides in the area.
In front of the house is a small, shared terrace where you can enjoy a good glass of wine. You can cool off in the swimming pool. Here you have a beautiful view of Paciano.
The property may differ slightly from the photos in terms of furnishings, but the comfort level is the same. Energy costs for charging electric or hybrid cars (if possible) will be charged separately based on consumption.
Note: There is a welcome gift on arrival from the homeowner.

Date of stay: August 2012l'Olivo is een fijne plek! Aan de rand van een mooi middeleeuws dorpje. Appartement is groot en schoon. Zwembad prima. Het balkon grenst wel aan de andere apartementen. Verder prima plek. We gaan zeker terug

Date of stay: July 2010 - August 2010Op de dag van aankomst kwamen we later aan dan het tijdstip waarop je de sleutel kunt ophalen (15.00 - 18.00 uur). Onderweg hebben we gebeld en dat we niet op tijd zouden zijn. Dat was geen probleem. Om half 10 's avonds kwamen we aan en konden de sleutel ophalen. Het appartement was behoorlijk gedateerd. Bedden en matrassen zijn bijzonder slecht. Wat het goed maakte was het prachtig uitzicht vanaf het balkon van het appartement. De omgeving is heel mooi en een prima uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen en uitstapjes naar allerlei bijzienswaardigheden en steden in de omgeving.
