The La Sterpaia Farmhouse Complex is in the Maremma region. It is in the southern part of Tuscany. Olive oil and wine are produced and sold on this farm. The owners house and the four guest apartments, IT-58100-01 and IT-3010, are in grounds of one hectare. Each holiday home is neatly furnished and has its own terrace with garden furniture. The garden and the swimming pool are for shared use. The grounds are surrounded by olive trees, grapevines and fruit trees. You can enjoy walking and cycling in the farms 15 hectares. The apartments are conveniently placed and you can easily enjoy day trips in Tuscany and Lazio.
