This holiday destination is situated in an old restored farm house which lies in the green heart of the province Piemonte. This region is world famous for its with wine tendrils covered hills and gastronomic culture. Besides the local wines one can also enjoy the other delicacies such as truffles and delicious types of cheese. The central location of this apartment enables one to take day trips to the capital Torino (75 km.) and the Liguria coast (50 km.). there are several historical cities in the near vicinity to be visited such as Barolo, La Morra and the ancient castles and wine areas. The friendly Monforte d'Alba lies at only 500 metres with bars, restaurants and shops.
At 50 metres from the house lies an outdoor swimming pool (against payment).

Het appartement ligt op de begane grond, op de eerste verdieping is er een tweede appartement, tegenover Giovi staat een ander vakantiehuisje. Op loopafstand (een steile wandeling van 10 minuten) ligt Monfort d'Alba, een leuk dorp met verschillende café's en restaurants. Aan de overkant van de weg ligt een zwembad.
