Four new accommodations have been added Noordzee Résidence De Banjaard's offerings.
There is a 4-pers. restyled detached villa (NL-11221). The kitchen has a dishwasher and a combination microwave. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one of which has two single beds and two of which each has a single bed. In the bathroom there is either a shower or a bathtub. You will find a couple of loungers on the terrace. There are two not-detached villas within this type.
There is also a standard variation of the 4-pers. detached villa (NL-11222). On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one of which has two single beds and two of which each has a single bed. In the bathroom there is either a shower or a bathtub. There is one not detached villa of this type.
There is also a detached 6-pers. villa (NL-11226). This villa is more spacious than the 4-pers. villa and also has three bedrooms, each with two single beds on the first floor. In the hall you will find a separate toilet and a bathroom with a toilet on the first floor.
Finally, there is the semi-detached 8-pers. villa (NL-11227). There is a microwave in the kitchen. There are four bedrooms, one of which on the ground floor. All the bedrooms hove two single beds. There is a bathroom on both the ground and the first floor. In the downstairs hall is a separate toilet.
All the villas are fully furnished. The beds are all boxsprings. You always have a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There is parking for one car behind the villa.

Date of stay: April 2023 - May 2023Heel mooi huisje op mooi vakantiepark. Heel schoon, goed gemeubileerd en ingericht. Grote kind-vriendlijk achtertuin. Prima TV for niet-strandweer. Niet zo veel spullen in de keuken dus niet voor de enthousiaste chef. Geen extra bedwaren (hoofdkussens, dekbedden) dus bij wat kouder weer mischien neem je eigen mee.

Date of stay: June 2021 - July 2021Es tut mir leid und eigentlich will ich nicht meckern, aber weil wir sonst immer gute Erfahrungen gemacht haben und auch seit vielen Jahren immer wieder gerne hierher kommen erlaube ich mir hier einen kleinen Kommentar. Wir kamen an und haben erst einmal den Boden gesaugt. Die Ameisen habe ich versucht mit Essig zu vertreiben. Aber in der Badewanne ist leider eine unübersehbare Schadstelle und fast alle Gläser sind angeschlagen. Messer sind auch nur vier vorhanden. Ach ja, die Flecken auf dem Sofa sollte ich nicht vergessen. Es ist natürlich nicht alles schlecht, aber so wohl wie sonst fühlen wir uns nicht…. Vielen Dank für ihr offenes Ohr. Kirsten Hegemann

Date of stay: April 2021Het is een knus en schoon huis. Rustig park, gezellig voor kinderen (ook pubers). Fijne tuin (met afscheiding, dus de hond kon los in de tuin) en op loopafstand van het strand.

Date of stay: December 2020Huisje is leuk ingericht, gezellig, Alles is aanwezig, alleen keukeninventaris zou wat ruimer mogen, Bij aankomst was het huisje niet goed schoon, na melding bij de receptie werd er meteen iemand naar het huis gestuurd en werd alles nog eens nagelopen en schoongemaakt, Omdat wij een early check inn geboekt hadden en nu niet meteen in het huis konden vanwege de schoonmaak kregen wij ons geld hiervoor terug, goede service! Parkfaciliteiten zijn ook goed, helaas vanwege COVID alles gesloten, maar met een Do it yourself knutselpakket kwamen de kids toch een eind, En een groot pluspunt is het strand direct aan het park, alle dagen strandwandelingen gemaakt, heerlijk!
