Description
There are various different types of detached, sustainably built bungalows. There are two different types of detached 6-person bungalows.
The NL-12944 is a spacious bungalow with three bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds, which may be set up as a double bed. There are two bathrooms, one ensuite, both with a shower and one with a toilet. There is also a separate toilet.
There is also a variant with a first floor (NL-12945). This type of bungalow has an open kitchen with cooking island. There are also two bedrooms on the ground floor, each with two single beds (which may or may not be set up as a double bed), and a bathroom with shower. In the hallway you'll find a separate toilet. Upstairs is a sleeping loft (height 1.25 m.) with two single beds.
Both bungalows are modern and comfortably furnished and have a living room with smart TV and decorative fireplace. There is an open kitchen with a combination microwave and dishwasher. A storage room with washing machine and dryer complete the picture. There is a garden, which you reach through a glass sliding door from the living room, with a terrace and garden furniture. You look out over the nature reserve. You have a charging point for electric bicycles and there are two parking spaces at the bungalow.

Date of stay: August 2023great location, great property. Was close enough to Rotterdam for the days we needed to be there, and lots of lovely pleasant places around to visit. Property was great fro 4 of us- with 2 showers, 2 toilets 3 bedrooms and a good size kitchen/ lounge/ diner area, and a pleasant garden area that we enjoyed on a couple of evenings. We heard other guests around us, but it was lovely and peaceful. The park itself was very nice, safe for the children to explore.

Dafür muss das 3. kleine Schlafzimmer herhalten. Unangenehm ist der sich wellende Fußbodenbelag im Flur-und Wohnbereich. Schön wär gewesen,wenn das Haus bei Übernahme leicht beheizt gewesen wäre. wir haben ein komplett ausgekühltes Haus bezogen.

Enige puntje is in elke slaapkamer zit een raam/deur die je van binnen uit open kan maken en daardoor sta je buiten. Deze kan niet op slot , onze dochter had dat vrij snel door dus die stond regelmatig ineens buiten!

Date of stay: August 2021Het huisje is erg netjes en compleet. Ook het park is netjes. Nadeel is dat er op het park echt niets te doen is (dit wisten we van tevoren). Ook de omgeving is vrij uitgestorven, om iets te beleven moet je vrijwel altijd een kwartier met de auto.

Date of stay: June 2021Mooi park, mooi huisje, mooie natuurgebieden in de achtertuin. Veel geluidsoverlast van andere gasten met muziek hard aan buiten. Het duurzame en natuurlijke karakter blijft op dit moment beperkt tot de vormgeving van de huisjes en de ligging van het park. Daar is wat ons betreft nog winst te behalen.

Date of stay: May 2021Prima park en huisje. Rustige omgeving. Ruim voldoende voorzieningen in het vakantiehuis. Mooie ligging, grote ramen met uitzicht (deels op anderen vakantiehuizen) en goed uitgeruste keuken. Verbeterpunten zijn de relatief harde bedden, gebrek aan stopcontacten en gras rondom het huisje. Gras was recent ingezaaid, waardoor het vooral een zandvlakte was. Internet was zeer traag, wat de mogelijkheden van een meegebrachte laptop of de aanwezige smart tv teniet doet.
