Description
The modern, luxury Nieuwvliet Bad Beach Resort is still under construction.
Three types of detached, modern villas have recently been added to what we offer.
For example, there is a six-person villa (NL-4505-36) with one bedroom and bathroom with shower on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. There is parking for two cars at the villa.
There is also a ten-person villa (NL-13129). This variant features one bedroom and one bathroom with shower on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are four more bedrooms, one of which with TV. There are are also two bathrooms, one of which with it's infrared sauna and shower, and one with bathtub. There is also a separate toilet on this floor. There is parking for three cars, right beside the villa.
Finally, there is the 16-person thatched villa (NL-13127). This villa features two bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which has a TV. There is also a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are five more bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of which with a bathtub and two with shower. You have two separate toilets and a pleasant infrared sauna on this floor, as well. There is parking for four cars, right by the villa.
All villas are modern, comfortable and fully furnished. In the living room with underfloor heating, you have access to a smart TV. The open kitchen is equipped with all amenities. You can find a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a combination microwave, a dishwasher and a refrigerator with freezer there. All the beds are 1-person box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed, or used separately in a twin-room setup. On the ground floor, there is a separate toilet. You can use WiFi for free in all of the villas. A storage room with washing machine and dryer and a garden with (covered) terrace and garden furniture tie everything together.
At Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad, you can rent various accommodations for groups from 4 to 16 people.

Date of stay: July 2023 - August 2023Ich habe die Unterkunft gebucht, da angegeben war, dass es 500 m zum Meer sind. Alleine zum Zentrum des Parks ist es 1 km und von dort noch mal ca 1 km bis zum Meer. Das ist 4x weiter als in der Buchung angegeben.

Date of stay: September 2022Grundsätzlich war der Aufenthalt gut. Wir hatten allerdings einen Weg von 1,2 km bis zum Ausgang des Parks und somit waren es fast 2km zum Strand und keine 500m. Die Sauberkeit lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Wir waren vor 2 Jahren schon mal in dem Park, allerdings deutlich näher am Ausgang und auch da war es schon nicht so sauber. Also wer ein richtig sauberes Haus erwartet ist hier an der falschen Adresse. Die Betten sind viel zu weich, so das man ordentlich Rücken schmerzen bekommt. Aber ansonsten war es in Ordnung. Die Ausstattung ist ok und die Gärten sind recht groß. Für Familien mit Kindern hat der Park auf jeden Fall einiges zu bieten. Was auch schön ist, dass viele Kotbeutelspender im Park verteilt sind so das man auch nie aufgeschmissen ist, wenn der Hund doch mal dahin macht wo er nicht soll. Aber da ist Zeeland sowieso sehr fortschrittlich. Wir haben einmal in der Snackbar etwas zu essen geholt und waren nicht so begeistert. Fazit: Für den Preis, erwarten wir eigentlich ein sauberes Haus und deutlich bequemere Betten, ansonsten war es ok. Aber wir waren schon in besseren und saubereren Ferienhaus Anlagen.

Date of stay: August 2020 - September 2020Das Haus war sehr schön, ordentlich und sauber. Was fehlt, ist eine Ablage am Waschbecken im Badezimmer für Cremes, Zahnbürste etc. Und, schade dass es für Kaffee nur einen Nespresso Automaten gab. Von den Bauarbeiten am Haupthaus haben wir so gut wie nichts mit bekommen. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen.

Date of stay: October 2019 - November 2019De vuile was lag er nog. Twee bedden waren niet afgehaald. Onze bedden waren niet opgedekt. Afwasmachine was niet leeggemaakt. Vuilbakken ook niet. Er lag nog paar vuile sokken van vorige verblijvers. Stofzuigen was ook niet gebeurd. En de kruimels van het ontbijt lagen nog op tafel. Er lagen ook nog etenswaren in de kast. We hebben direct de receptie gebeld en zijn zeer snel geholpen maar het was leuker geweest om binnen te stappen in nette bungalow.
