The Zuiderzee Resort, which is currently under development, has four different types of detached chalets and villas available for booking.

There is a 4-person ground floor chalet (NL-14011) which is more traditional. You have a living room and open plan kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and one has two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.

There is also a modern, 6-person ground floor chalet (NL-14012). You have a living room and open kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. There are three bedrooms, including one with a double bed. A bunk bed and two single beds are divided between the other two bedrooms. The bathroom features a shower and toilet. The centre facilities and playground are a stone's throw away.

The NL-14014 is a modern chalet with a lot glass finishing. This makes it wonderfully light inside the chalet. There is a living room and open plan kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. There are three bedrooms, two of which each have two single beds that can be made up as doubles, and one bedroom with a bunk bed. The bathroom features a shower and toilet. This chalet is centrally located in the park, close to a playground.

Finally, there is the spacious and modern 10-person villa (NL-14013). You have a living room and open plan kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. There are five bedrooms, one on the ground floor and four on the first floor. One of the bedrooms has a double bed. In the other bedrooms you'll find two single beds that can be made up as doubles. There are three bathrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor. All bathrooms are fitted with a shower. There's a separate toilet both downstairs and upstairs.

Each holiday home has a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There is parking space for one car at the accommodation. All beds except the bunks are single box spring beds that can be made up as doubles.

Resort Zuiderzee is a park under development. As a result there could be construction work taking place. Like any other disturbance, this is kept to a minimum as much as possible.

Schöne Villa mit fünf Schlafräumen zwei Badezimmern und zwei Toiletten. Wohn- und Essbereich waren großzügig dimensioniert und die Küche mit Kaffeevollautomat, Kaffeemaschine, Induktionsherd und frei stehendem großen Kühl/Gefrierschrank gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns mit sechs Erwachsenen, drei Kindern und zwei Hunden sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Park und die Umgebung boten allen ansprechende Freizeitmöglichkeiten (Wandern, Radfahren, Minigolf, Schwimmen im Freiwasser oder im Schwimmbad). Einige wurden von uns nicht genutzt (Spielautomaten ohne Gewinnmöglichkeit, Billiard, Kletterwand, etc.) Die nahe gelegene Stadt Elburg war ein gern genutztes Freizeitziel (Die Sandausstellung ist sehr empfehlenswert). Einige kleine Abstriche gab es aber auch. So war das sehr schöne Haus in einem ordentlichen aber nicht tollen Zustand. Kleinere Reparaturen waren überfällig. So habe ich mit meinen einfachen Bordmitteln eine Türzarge und einen Kleiderschrank gerichtet und die Halterung einer Duschwand wieder befestigt. Die Schäden hatte ich natürlich sofort nach dem Einzug an der Rezeption melde wollen. Es hat aber niemanden interessiert. Lediglich die Tatsache, dass ich eine Reklamatuion vorgetragen hatte wurde festgehalten. Die Details wollte man nicht wissen.

Chalet was redelijk in orde. Tuintje was slecht onderhouden en weinig privacy. Chalets stonden heel kort op elkaar. Faciliteiten in park waren verder prima, vooral voor de kids. Mooie omgeving. Prima verblijf, maar geen Belvilla kwaliteit.

De accomodatie was anders dan verwacht. De foto's toonden een impressie maar het was minder in het echt. De accommodatie was niet goed schoongemaakt. De vaat stond nog in de vaatwassen bv. De omgeving zag er mooi uit. Het strandgevoel werd geaccentueerd door de mooie beplanting.

Inchecken goed geregeld, kregen pasje voor slagboom alvast bij aankomst. Echter was het ophalen van de sleutel niet handig m.b.t. corona maatregelen. Iedereen kon pas na 15u de sleutel ophalen waardoor het druk was en in rijen gewacht moest worden. Ze hadden beter met tijdslot kunnen werken. De accomodatie zelf was goed, modern en schoon huisje met een mooie tuin eromheen.

Erg vriendelijk geholpen. We hebben bij aankomst een handdoeken pakket besteld en betaald echter bij aankomst in het huisje bleek dat er al handdoeken pakketten aanwezig waren. We wilden de overbodige handdoeken graag retourneren maar dit was niet mogelijk. Als ons was medegedeeld dat er al handdoeken aanwezig waren dan hadden we natuurlijk geen extra handdoeken gekocht. Nu zijn we 46 euro kwijt terwijl het niet nodig was.

Das Haus selbst war ok. Könnte besser ausgestattet sein. Die Anlage war nicht gut, Personal an der Theke überfordert, lange Wartezeiten. Gestank nach Abfluss in der gesamten Anlage, Rezeption, im Aufenthaltsraum ..Toiletten ganz schlimm , Mann konnte nicht mal 5 Minuten aushalten so schlimm war das. In die Spielautomaten müsste man fast bei allen 1 Euro haben die Mitarbeiter haben aber kein Geld gewechselt gegeben. Alles in ganzem ganz sich nicht noch einmal.

Het Chalet was niet schoon,de badkamer was vies,er kwam stof onder de bedden vandaan.De afstand tussen de chalets is veel te weinig,Wij konden bij de buren naar binnen kijken.Het pluspunt is toch dat het intérieur netjes was en op het park zelf was het keurig verzorgd.

Aankomst: het zou handig geweest zijn om tegelijk met de afgifte van de sleutels ook het wachtwoord van de Wifi te verstrekken. De ligging van het huisje was met zorg gekozen: niet te dicht op elkaar met voldoende tussenruimte zonder elkaar direct in de ramen te kijken. De omgeving was wisselend: verderop op het terrein werd gebouwd,maar daar had je geen hinder van. Het stadje Elburg ligt op fietsafstand. Is weliswaar toeristisch maar best leuk om te bezoeken.

Aankomst helaas wat rommelig; had te maken met lowlands. Uurtje later pas kunnen inchecken en daarna ergens anders in de rij voor beddengoed ennsleutels. Afgezien van deze valse start een heerlijke vakantie gehad, prachtig nieuw huisje; ruime tuin; veel aandacht voor groen en bloemen; echt super.
