The various country homes are spread over the park. You have the choice of many variants: There are four person cottages (3*** NL-2733), detached near the water, with bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, or a 4**** variant (NL-2734), luxurious and detached near the water with a sauna and usually with a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and usually a solarium). There are 6 person cottages (3*** NL-2735), detached and semi-detached, near the water, with bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, or a 4**** variant (NL-2736), luxurious and detached near the water with a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor.). There are 8 person cottages (3*** NL-2737), detached near the water, with bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, or a 4**** variant (NL-2738), luxurious and detached near the water with a sauna and skylight and some with a washer and/or dryer). There is also a 5***** luxurious 6-pers. (NL-4089) and 8-pers. variant (NL-2739) with sauna and bubble bath with bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, solarium, ornamental fireplace and wireless internet. The 12 person country house (NL-9431-24) consists of 2 adjoined 3*** 6-pers. variants. So you have use of two completely furnished kitchens. They are within walking distance from the central building and are not directly on the water. Finally, there is a studio for 2 persons. (NL-9431-25). These are simple, adjoined bungalows, located in a semi-circle. They are simply furnished and are perfect for a low budget/explore Drenthe holiday. All houses have a garden with terrace and garden furniture.

Date of stay: November 2021Een midweekje op vakantiepark Het Timmerholt in Westerbork samen met onze honden is ons prima bevallen, we werden vriendelijk ontvangen, het huis is ruim, netjes en comfortabel. Het park is mooi aangelegd met ruim voldoende privacy.

Date of stay: August 2014Leuk verblijf voor een midweek. Villa was geschikt voor 2 volwassenen met 2 kinderen. Park wordt goed onderhouden! Jammer dat alleen de 6 en de 8 persoons villa's aan het meer liggen.

Date of stay: April 2014 - May 2014We hebben een heerlijk midweekje in Drenthe gehad. Vooral de omgeving vonden we prachtig met al die mooie bossen en die fantastische fietspaden door de bossen! Zeker een reden om nog een keer terug te komen.....

Date of stay: September 2013Een weekje in park Timmerholt geweest, prachtige omgeving heel rustig ook op het park. Nu was het wel in september dus de scholen zijn weer begonnen, ik weet niet hoe het in het hoogseizoen is. Leuk klein strandje aan het meer en wat speelgelegenheden voor de kinderen. Maar het is een prachtig park, vriendelijke mensen achter de receptie. Dus een aanrader als je van fietsen houd, wandelen en rust. Leuke plaatsjes in de omgeving.

Date of stay: April 2013 - May 2013Prima vakantie gehad in een lekker ruim huis op een prachtig onderhouden park met alle gemakken voorzien en in de omgeving is voldoende te ondernemen. Heerlijk gezwommen bij de Bonte Wever in Assen en naar het super fijne outdoorpark Drenthe geweest in Wezeperbrug.
