The spacious and luxurious apartments at Resort Poort of Amsterdam are located in a small complex of three floors at the edge of the resort. They all have a view over the marina and over the park itself. From each apartment you can see the Markermeer. There are four different types.
There is the 4-person apartment (NL-7329). This type contains two bedrooms, one or two bathrooms, and a separate toilet. Some apartments are situated on the ground floor. There are also apartments that occupy two floors. With the latter type, the bedrooms are on the first floor.
The 8-person apartment (NL-7330) contains four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a separate toilet. The size of this variant ranges from 127 to 162 m², and it is on the first floor. There are also variants that consist of two floors. With these apartments, three of the four bedrooms are on the first floor.
The 10-person apartment (NL-7339) contains five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a sauna, and a separate toilet. The apartment consists of two floors. Four bedrooms and two of the bathrooms are located on the first floor.
Finally, there is the 12-person apartment (NL-7340) with six bedrooms, four bathrooms, a sauna, and a separate toilet. The apartment consists of two floors. Four bedrooms and two of the bathrooms are located on the first floor.
All apartments are modern and comfortably furnished. They contain a luxurious kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and Wi-Fi is available. The layout may differ by apartment. The bathrooms might be in the bedrooms (en suite) or located on the central landing. There is a fine terrace or balcony with garden furniture and every apartment has a parking space for at least one car.

Date of stay: December 2022Een vrij nieuw park met hele mooie huisjes. Maar eenmaal binnen dan moet je wel even slikken. Er hing een vieze bedompte lucht en de etensresten zaten nog tussen de borden en aan de lepels van de vorige bewoners. Vieze gordijnen en vloer, de spinnewebben hangen aan het plafond Wat ontzettend jammer om op de schoonmaak te bezuinigen. We gaan niet snel weer naar Europarcs.

Date of stay: November 2021De accommodatie op zich is prima, mooi ruim, goed onderhouden. Eén kleine koelkast voor 12 personen is echter véél te weinig! Communicatie met Belvilla is een ramp. Al anderhalf jaar bezig om een passend antwoord te krijgen, ze sturen sneller nieuwe aanbiedingen dan een antwoord en reactie op een klacht :-(

Date of stay: May 2021Fijne woning, mooi park, alles was aanwezig en schoon. mooie ligging ah water en aparte plek voor uitlaat van honden. Er was naar mijn mening alleen niet vermeld dat de woning bereikbaar was via een trap.

Date of stay: May 2021Ruim huis maar lastig bereikbaar met hoge trap. Wij hebben oma mee met rollator dus reuze onhandig. Werd van te voren niet aangegeven. Hoewel het huis voor 12 personen is, is koken voor 12 personen een uitdaging in de kleine keuken. Jammer dat we de tafels op het terras zelf moesten schoon schrobben. Locatie aan het meer is top,

Date of stay: July 2020De aankomst was Coronaproof, de receptionistes zeer klant- en servicegericht, de accommodatie qua omvang en uitstraling uitstekend en de omgeving prachtig.

Date of stay: March 2019Bij aankomst werden we onaangenaam verrast. De toegezegde locatie van het appartement met uitzicht op de haven bleek niet mogelijk en daardoor voor ons niet beschikbaar. Ondanks een telefonische toezegging door een medewerker van Belvilla. Met betrekking tot het geboekte linnenpakket bleek dat niet afgestemd op het eveneens bijgeboekte kinderbed. Gelukkig hadden we eigen linnen achter de hand. Op het park bleek verder dat door nieuwigheid en aanlegwerkzaamheden niet allen (buiten)faciliteiten volledig te gebruiken. Wanneer je met de hele familie naar een park gaat met voorzieningen voor kinderen verwacht je niet dat deze onder water staan. Kinderziekte?

Date of stay: May 2017Moderne accomodatie. Miste in huisje 223 wel wat praktische dingetjes zoals handdoek haakjes in de badkamers, een kast in de woonkamer, wat extra verlichting. Verder was het een heerlijk huisje met een fijn uitzicht. Park is nog erg in aanmaak. Zwembad aan de kleine kant voor zo'n groot park. Wel leuk uitjes gemaakt. Volendam, fluisterboot gehuurd etc.
