Casa Nova is a rural holiday house, on a peaceful spot. It also includes 2 independent guesthouses, a large enclosed garden with terrace, lawn and a lovely swimming-pool, as well as a leisure room. It is an ideal house for large groups or several families. You will enjoy total privacy whilst sharing the communal facilities. The owners live next door and take care of the garden, the swimming-pool (Swimming pool is open all year round)and clean the house.
The small village Casa Nova is situated south of São Bartolomeu de Messines (8km away), about 13km north of Albufeira. Groceries can be bought 600m further, in the small town of Benaciate.
A beautiful location, calm, at the heart of a nature park, amongst orange and olive trees. The sea and the beach (Armação de Pera) are about 17km away. The city of Carvoeiro, finally, is 20-25 km from there.
