What a beautiful villa in a great location! The villa is built against a hill in a quiet villa neighbourhood, at 5 km from pleasant Moraira. This beautiful villa has a stylish and sleek decor. The villa has 2 levels. Downstairs you'll find a living room with comfortable seating area by the fireplace, a bathroom and a bedroom. Through the sliding doors you walk right onto the terrace and enjoy the beautiful view! Upstairs you'll find the dining room, conservatory, the bedrooms and the bathroom.
Moraira is located in a beautiful bay. This coastal village is traditionally a fishing village with a nice selection of cafes and restaurants. Spend a day at the famous sandy beach of Moraira or at the child-friendly - gently sloping - El Portet beach (5 km), it's definitely worth it.
From the terrace you can see the sunset behind the mountains, which creates a particularly beautiful picture. The wonderful private swimming pool with outdoor shower, sun terrace and loungers is very attractive. After taking a dip, have some fish from the BBQ on your private veranda with awning: your holiday is perfect!

Date of stay: September 20232 de maal dat ik in Benitachell verblijf. het gevoel van thuiskomen was direct aanwezig. * heel mooi huis, met het nodige comfort aanwezig..! bij kleine problemen direct hulp van de vlaams-talige verantwoordelijke.. practisch 2 appartementen woning. met hedendaagse, in goede staat bemeubeld.

Date of stay: July 2023Heerlijke villa, fijn ingericht met goeie spulletjes en een persoonlijke touch. Lekker zwembad. Eigenaren perfect bereikbaar en zorgen ervoor dat wij goed werden ontvangen, zelfs toen onze vlucht pas laat in de avond arriveerde. Met auto is het hele gebied goed te verkennen, de villa ligt minder dan 10 autominuten van Moraira en El Portet stad en strand.

Date of stay: August 2019Nog steeds staat er vermeld dat de garage beschikbaar is, dit is dus niet het geval, oprit heeft hoogtebeperking en is zeer steil. Wagen kan niet in de schaduw geparkeerd worden. Zwembadonderhoud is niet op voorhand doorgegeven, dus plots staat er iemand naast je aan het zwembad terwijl je de poort wel sluit. Verder een leuk huis, met groot zwembad. Bij ons was het meestal rustig, ligt eraan welke buren je hebt, deze worden ook verhuurd. Veel last van mieren aan deuren en ramen. Ontvangst door sleutelbeheerder was prima!

Date of stay: July 2019Zeer goed. Het is wat afgelegen en dus wat moeilijker om te vinden maar dat maakt het net rustig.

Date of stay: September 2018 - October 2018Mooi weer gehad. Mooie locatie. Prachtig huis. Belachelijk dat het huis gedeeltelijk was afgesloten en dat pas op het eind van de 3e dag beschikbaar kwam. Slechte ervaring met warmwatervoorziening en het niet nakomen van afspraken. Dat drukte wel een stempel op deze vakantie Constant dat bellen met beheerster en Belvilla. Heel vervelend!!

Date of stay: July 2018Huis is prima. Het ligt verder van het strand dan aangegeven. Er liepen 2 ratten regelmatig door de tuin. Aangegeven bij de beheerder.

Date of stay: May 2018 - June 2018Super vriendelijke ontvangst door Christian. Hij gaf enthousiast uitleg over de omgeving, stranden, eetgelegenheden en zoveel meer. Accommodatie oké. Ligbedden aan zwembad konden beter. Erg klein bed met harde matras. Voor de rest alles prima in orde en proper.
