The property is surrounded by a wall which offers you optimal privacy. There are several terraces surrounding the accommodation as well as a roof terrace (60 m2) with beautiful views.

Specifics:
A few stairs are leading to the property. You'll have airconditioning throughout the entire villa and guest accommodation (hot and cold air). In winter the use of the swimming pool depends on the weather. The final cleaning costs 105 when you make use of the guest accommodation. When you book with 6 persons and do not use the guest accommodation, the final cleaning will cost 75.
