Description:
This rustic rural house ('masia') from the XVIIIth century is located in the municipality of Fonollosa, at 20 km from Manresa, with views on the mountains of Montserrat. The house in natural stone has been fully restored and has kept its authentic details. It is well maintained and comfortable. The house is divided in three levels. It has stables belonging to the owners, agricultural fields and vegetable gardens. The house also has a roof terrace on the 1st floor. Next to the entrance you will find a barn with materials for outdoor activities. There is a spacious garden with a private swimming pool, barbecue and garden furniture.

There is enough to do in the region. You could visit the park of l'Agulla, with a lake suited for water ski. A few kilometres away you can visit an ostrich farm. And the famous convent of Montserrat is nearby too. You could also make an excursion to the abbey of Sant Benet, the salt mines of Cardona, the mill of Buixerda with an extensive gastronomic range. You can buy home-produced agricultural products here, or wine directly from the vineyards and even rabbits in the house next door. You can go fishing in El Cardener at approx. 8 km. Barcelona is one hour away. You can order catering from another house at 200m distance.
