Rural semi-detached country house with private swimming pool. The farmhouse where also the owners live, is quietly situated on private property of 10ha of vineyard, vegetable garden and olive trees. Views to the Montserrat mountains that frontier among the districts of the Alt Camp, Anoia and Alt Penedés. Centennial olive trees with a lot of history, fertile trees fruit bowls and flowers, all of them have their roots resting around the property. Very close, toward east of the property, you will find some artificial small lakes called "Els Pèlags de Vilobí", which are fed by natural underground waters. From the southwest face of the farmhouse we can see, at a distance of about 2km, the historical monument of The Rock of Sant Martí Sarroca, where we can visit Santa María Romanic church (1204) and Sant Martí's castle (Xth century).
