Description:
Traditional Catalan country house dating back to the XIV century with private pool, located very close to Calella de Palafrugell. The estate boasts 11 hectares of fields planted with plants and trees, & protected as a cultural historical area. The garden features 6,000 m2 as well as 100 year old fig and almond trees. There is good access to Calella de Palafrugell as the road links with the estate entrance. Apart from the main property, there is another small building on the estate, inhabited by a horse named Tristán, who grazes in a closed field during the day. One part of the main house is reserved for the owner, and boasts an independent entrance. It is separated from the rest of the house. The original features of the property have been maintained as much as possible and there is the furniture is mainly antique, some of which dates back to the XVII and XVIII centuries.

The area is also known as the Golden Triangle due to its sandy beaches and coves. In the surrounding area, take part in all sorts of activities. Visit the cities of Gerona & Barcelona, the town of Palafrugell or the pretty fishing village of Palamós.
