Wonderful rural house located on a hill in La Higuera close to Villanueva de la Concepción in the interior of Andalusia. The house has stunning views of the mountain range Sierra del Sur and the nature park "El Torcal" to the Meditterrane coast of the Costa del Sol. Unique!
5 minutes in the car is the village of La Joya, 10 minutes Vva de la Concepción. In both villages are shops, bakeries, pharmacies, bars and restaurants. Recommendations in the nearby area include a visit to the beautiful town of Antequera, the natural park El Torcal, the King's path "El Caminito del Rey" and El Chorro. Because of its location and accessibility the house is a ideal base to make trips to Malaga with its beautiful promenade and various museums, to the beach or to Granada, Cordoba or Ronda.
The house is built in a rustic style, comfortably furnished and well equipped. Outside there is a large private garden with swimming pool and a sitting area with comfortable teak furniture. The plot is fenced. A big old olive tree provides shade for those hot summer days.

Date of stay: May 2014Villa Tere ligt erg mooi met vanaf het terras een bijzonder uitzicht op een mooi weids landschap en de rotsen van het natuurpark El Torcal. Vroeg in mei is het water in het zwembad nog aan de erg koude kant.

Date of stay: April 2008 - May 2008Prachtige locatie, rusig met een fantastisch uitzicht op El Torcal. Ruime, goed verzorgde woning. In mei is het het water in het zwembad nog veel te koud, dit is het enige minpunt. De eigenaar is vriendelijk, en tracteerde ons op eigen geteelde groente, die ons prima smaakte.
