Description:
Pineda de Mar lies 60 km. north of Barcelona and approx. 50 km. south of Girona. The urbanisation Pinemar is one of the outskirts of Pineda de mar and only 800-2000m away from the city centre. In this district are contracted an amount of duplex houses, ca. 1-2,5km from the beach. These are detached properties with an upper and down home, each with its own entrance and balcony with garden furniture. The holiday houses are owned by different owners (who live in 1 of the apartments) and therefore the interior can vary somewhat from each other. It is not possible to express your preference. The location, interior and division of the bedrooms can be different per house.
