Villa 'La Madrugada' is a spacious villa with 3 separate holiday apartments. The apartment 'Madruga I' is located on the groud floor. The villa is located in the green Elviria district, 10km east from Marbella-Centre. Apartments ‘La Madrugada II and III’ are located in the back of the villa and have garden view. The Dutch owners also live in the villa. All apartments are very comfortable and very well maintained.
The villa is located at 800m from the shopping centre and 1000m from the beautiful beach of Elviria with various nice restaurants. Elviria has one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa del Sol! There are lots of sports opportunities like golf and tennis, sailing, horse riding and walking. A 30 min. drive away you will find 15 brilliant golf courses. The distance to Malaga airport is only 35 km which means your holiday starts almost instantly after landing!
The luxury apartments are fully equipped and have all mod cons, and you will even find robes, bath and beach towels and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The floors are marble and each apartment has its own south-facing terrace. Life is sweet by the communal, biological (without chlorine) swimming pool, where the use of the sun loungers is free. There is a secure car park for your car. You will stay in an apartment - but with the trimmings of a villa!
