This casita is ideal for 4 persons. Sun, sea, rest and space: this is what you can find on the still active finca (farm) La Roca Blanca. Located on the Costa Dorada, 5 km away from the coast, you will find three cosy casitas, the house of the owner, two barns and a shared saltwater swimming pool (10m x 6m), which is open from May until September.The whole is located on a terrace-shaped domain (6 ha) with 450 olive trees, 150 almond trees (pluck your own in August!) and various other trees. The casitas are located 1.5 km (approx. 15 minutes walk) from the village El Perelló, approximately 50 km south of Tarragona. It is a lively village of 3000 residents with all possible amenities like a supermarket, cafés, restaurants, bakeries, a swimming pool and sports hall, and bodegas (wine cellars). Compared with the coast the prices are very attractive here! The village is situated between the fishing/beach resorts LAmpolla and LAmettla de Mar, where you will find beautiful large and small beaches. Even in high season it is not over-full and outside the school holidays it is remarkably quiet here.

The inland too is well worth a visit; and the forests and hills invite walking. Beautiful national parks in the proximity are the Ebro Delta with its green rice fields, wide beaches, rare birds and fishing opportunities and the 'Els Ports' with high mountains up to 1500 m, rare birds of prey, cabras (wild goats) and bulls. The property is perfect for those looking for tranquillity, nature and culture lovers who enjoy relaxing, walking and cycling, nice food and cultural excursions to Barcelona, Tarragona, Valencia, or nearer by Tortosa. You can go to Port Aventura in Tarragona, the sea aquarium in Valencia, the
honey museum in El Perelló or the ecological museum in the Ebro Delta, with great canoeing, with the children. For nights out LAmpolla and LAmettla de Mar are the place to be.

All the detached casitas are left in their original state as much as possible, have all necessary facilities and almost unlimited outside space, which means you will always find an ideal spot for relaxing. The water comes from a communal source and energy is created by solar panels and a generator. The quality is excellent but requires an environmentally aware approach. For example there is one washing machine for communal use and the casitas have no microwave or dishwashers.

Tips Owner:
The swimmingpool is a salt water pool and good for the skin. No chlorine is being used which is ideal for people with skin problems.
