Holiday home Distel is located in Weiler Unter den Bodmen, in Saas Grund, "the heart of the Saas valley". The holiday home Distel is on the first floor and has a surface of 75 m. You can expect modern furniture and large, light spaces here. The big sliding doors give you direct access to the balcony in the west where you can admire the Alpine world.

The holiday home is only 2 minutes away from the village centre. Its quiet location in the beautiful Alpine fields and forests allows you to enjoy the Alpine mountain world to the full. You are surrounded by the beauty of nature whether you choose to visit the mountain goats early in the morning or savour the setting sun on the mountains of the Mischabelkette!

In the ski region of Saas Fee, Saas Grund and Saas Almagell snow is guaranteed with mountain tops that reach the 1600 to 3500 m mark. There are daily bus connections to Saas Fee (10 min.) and Saas Almagell/Saas Grund (5 min.).

In summer mountain climbing and hiking with the view on the Mischabelkette is very popular here. Other activities such as mountain biking, tennis, minigolf, alpine golf and toboggans are also on offer in the Saas valley.

Please bear into mind, that the mountain cable-cars aren't always running in spring and autumn.

New from summer 2012, there is an electronic guest card which gives you free access to all cable cars in the Saas Valley, Metro Alpin and the bus lines. It is obligatory to buy this guest card and valid for the summer. You can explore the entire walking area of the Saas Valley. From winter 2012 you will get a 10% discount on ski passes with this card (from 6 days) and children up to 9 years of age can ski for free.
