This modern, detached villa has a private swimming pool. The villa is in Güsmüskaya on the Aegean Coast. It is between the attractive villages of Gümüslük and Yalikavak. The holiday home's living room and two bedrooms enjoy a delightful view of the sea and the Greek islands. The terrace is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the private swimming pool. The holiday home has every modern convenience and is two kilometres from a pebble beach. The beach is also accessible on foot. However, this is along a sloping road due to the villa's elevated position.

Because of differences in elevation the villa is less suitable for people with walking difficulties.
