Comfortable hacienda style holiday home with private swimming pool (40 m2), on a unique spot just outside of Kusadasi. All of the pleasures of city and beach (3 km) and yet there is plenty of privacy on a one hectare property. The luxurious holiday home is located in the hills and has a beautiful view of vineyards and olive groves and over the sea.

The spacious hacienda is charmingly furnished and provided with all facilities. The roofing allows the interior to stay cool, and in this location, there is often a cooling breeze in the summer. The Dutch owners have chosen many natural materials, space and atmosphere.

The house is suitable for culture and nature enthusiasts as well as beach lovers. Kusadasi has an authentic centre with a beautiful boulevard full of shops and nightlife options, and a harbor where international cruise ships moor. The surrounding area has much to offer for culture lovers, such as the world famous Ephesus (20 km), and the excavations at Miletos, Prienne and Didyme. Natura lovers can enjoy Milli Park (25 km), the beautiful bird sanctuary of Bafa Lake (80 km) and famous Pammukkale (220 km). There is plenty of leisure in the direct vicinity: water parks, charming sandy beaches, water sports, boat trips, the wine village of Sirince and a trip to the Greek island of Samos.
The international airports of Izmir (80 km) and Bodrum (120 km) assure good accessibility.

Note: Through the height variations in the terraces and the non-fenced yard, the vacation house is not suitable for families with children under 6 years!

Tips Owner:
- Because of the hight differences in the terraces (untill 2 meters) and the lack of fences around these terraces, the house is not suited for children under the age of 6 years.
- In the hacienda you will find an extensive information book with much excursions and tips (visiting nature reserve Milli Park, mineral baths, various historic sight in the surroundings, beautifull beaches, authentic restaurants)and various walks in a breathtaking surrounding (for which we ourselves have made descriptions with walking directions)
- Our caretaker can arrange various things for you, f.i. a welcome packet, transfer from and to the airport, car rental, excursions in the surroundings
- In the months June/July there is the International Izmir Festival (classical music and opera). It is partly held in the evenings at the ruines of Ephesus, in a breathtaking atmosphere. In the beginning of March there is the Izmir European Jazz Festival in Izmir. For both events we advise the website www.iksev.org/en/
