(ES-1070) on the 1st floor and two 4-pers. (ES-109) on the 2nd floor, is situated in the Mont-Roig bay. The arrangement for the 4-pers. apartments is being done by the owner; the owners apartment lies on the 3rd floor and the owners restaurant on the ground floor. The restaurant is only opened for dinner and is well known in the area. On Tuesdays they always prepare a large paella and on Fridays there is a nice barbeque organized.
