Ontdek Piemonte vanuit deze vrijstaande villa met privézwembad in het plaatsje Mombarcaro.

De stenen muren en houten details zorgen voor een knusse, gezellige sfeer in deze ruime vakantiewoning. De villa past perfect in het plaatje van het omliggende rustieke landschap en biedt al het mogelijke comfort. De inrichting is huiselijk, in landelijke stijl. Rond de villa ligt een mooi aangelegde tuin, waar je heerlijk buiten een boek kunt lezen of een glaasje wijn kunt drinken in het zonnetje. Op warme dagen kun je daarnaast een duik nemen in het privézwembad met bijbehorend poolhouse. Na een verfrissende duik, kun je hier een douche nemen voordat je weer plaatsneemt op het terras.

Mombarcaro is een klein plaatsje in de regio Piemonte, waar je het echte Italiaanse dorpsleven nog zult zien. Dankzij de ligging op een heuveltop heb je vanuit het dorpje een prachtig uitzicht op het heuvelachtige gebied van Le Langhe, en zelfs de Ligurische kust is zichtbaar! In het dorpje vind je een gerestaureerd kasteel. De omgeving van Mombarcaro leent zich perfect voor het maken van mooie wandelingen, en je kunt ook een bezoek brengen aan een van de wijngaarden in de buurt waar je de lokale specialiteiten kunt proeven. Ook de Ligurische kust is bereikbaar vanuit dit plaatsje (ca. 50 autominuten).

If you are not able to find the house on a GPS system;
From Mombarcaro follow the signs directing to Niella Belbo. At about 2 km from Mombarcaro there is a little chapel at the side of the road (second chapel!). You turn right here following the road sign to Sie. At about 500 meters turn right again following the road to Sie. At about 300 meters another turn right. There is a house on the corner, the road leads to the house.
From the direction Niella Belbo; Drive on to the villige of San Bernardo, turn left at the little chapel and follow the same route as described above.
Things you have to see;
-The village of Mombarcaro, it's the highest village of the
Langhe at an altitude of almost 900 meters. On nice days
you can see the Gulf of Genova and the Maritime Alpes.
-In the surroundings of the house you can make beautiful
walking trips. Nature in spring is really worth seeing and
besides the forests and landscapes with very nice views
you can see the life going on like 50 years ago.
-The town of Ceva has a very old centre. There is a Market
on Wednesday. The best restaurant in town, L'Osteria on
the little old market square. The pizzeria on the large
market square is ok too.
-For the children there is the safaripark; Parco Safari di
Murazzano. Its only 10 km away from the house.
-The sea is at 40 km away, here you are at the Riviera,
famous for its flowers, beautiful villages and towns.
-You can also pay a visit to the cities of Genova and Torino
both take you about an one hours drive on the highway.
-Dogliani and Mondovi are old towns and in Mondovi there is
a large outlet shopping centre
-Close to Dogliani is the Santoario di Vicoforte. This is
one of the largest churches in Italy build by order of the
King of Piemonte. Vicoforte itself is a small village.
-Very interesting point of the Langhe are it's wines. The
Langhe is famous for the Nebbiolo, Dolcetto and one of the
most known of Italy, possibly of the world, is the
Barolo wine. The town with the same name is at 30 km away
and worth seeing. Is has a wine museum and a museum of al
kinds of corkscrews.
