Omschrijving:
Authentiek vrijstaand landhuis in het dorpje Souto de Alva met privé tuin. Dit is één van de weinige originele landhuizen van adel in Portugal. Het landhuis werd vroeger bewoond door een rechter. Het is gebouwd van graniet en is statig ingericht met antiek meubilair. De originele barokke inrichting is van goede kwaliteit. Het landhuis beschikt over een grote tuin (ca. 1200m2) met grasveld, barbecue en vele fruitbomen. Hier heeft u de gelegenheid om van het Portugese klimaat te genieten in een dorpje met maar slechts 300 inwoners.
De omgeving biedt alles voor een ontspannen vakantie, zoals de stad Viseu (ca. 25km) en thermen van Carvalhal en S. Pedro do Sul op ca. 5km. Ook Portugals hoogste berg Serra da Estrela en de omringende natuur biedt vele mogelijkheden voor activiteiten. Dit landhuis biedt u de unieke mogelijkheid om in een authentiek huis van plattelandsadel uw vakantie door te brengen!
