This beautiful, completely modernized chalet for a maximum of 18 people is located near the center of the well-known holiday resort of Leogang in Salzburgerland and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

The chalet offers a large living room on the ground floor and first floor, each with a sofa bed, 2 open fully equipped kitchens with dining tables and, on the ground floor, direct access to a terrace, 5 spacious bedrooms (two with an extra bunk bed) and 3 bathrooms. The chalet also has a ski storage room and a garden. You can park directly at the chalet.

The Salzburg holiday resort of Leogang is located at 788 m above sea level in a valley basin, the long Leogang Valley. Surrounded by the Leoganger Steinberge and the Kitzbühel Alps, the place is a very good starting point for an active holiday with lots of outdoor activities.

In winter, the free ski bus, which stops almost on the doorstep (100 m), takes you to the well-known Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski area with a total of 270 kilometers of slopes. Alternatively, the Schmittenhöhe ski area in Zell am See offers 77 kilometers of slopes and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area offers 61 kilometers of slopes.

In the Saalfelden - Leogang region there are 4 swimming lakes and outdoor pools for lots of swimming fun in summer: the idyllic natural swimming lake Ritzensee, the Obsmarkt adventure pool in Saalfelden, the Sonnrain leisure complex in Leogang and the Käpt"n Hook adventure pool in Saalbach-Hinterglemm. Wellness and Pure spa is available all year round at the Tauern Spa in Kaprun. The downhill track from the Epic Bikepark Leogang is in the immediate vicinity of the chalet.

There are plenty of shops for your daily needs directly in town or in Saalbach-Hinterglemm, as well as a large selection of restaurants.

Het was een heel fijn groot huis met alle voorzieningen. We hebben er een top vakantie gehad. 1 nadeel is wel er staat skilift op 1 km afstand. Dat is helaas niet correct.

Anreise in Ordnung, erster Eindruck vom Haus nicht einladend. Leogang als Ort sehr schön und Skibusanbindung (600 Meter) sehr gut. Liftanlagen, Skiservice und Skidepot sehr gut.

Beschrijving was prima. Alleen van een begroeting was geen sprake erg jammer. Dus alles maar weer zelf uitvinden. Het huis voor 10 personen is niet geschikt het is opgedeeld in 2 gedeeltes. Bedden veel te smal 60 cm voor mannen van 130 kilo ongeschikt. Skibus halte op 300 meter is niet waar. Moesten elke morgen 1 kilometer lopen met skischoenen aan best ver. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding kosten huis ruim 3000 euro per week niet in verhouding. Ben echt beter gewend bij Belvilla. Al met al zeker niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Volgende keer maar ergens anders kijken.

Alles war sehr schön. Das Haus war wie beschrieben. Es war sauber. Küche war gut ausgestattet. Skigebiet war selbst Ostern rum (April 17) noch gut befahrbar. Mountainbikestrecken direkt vor der Tür. Ein schöner Grill/Lagerfeuerstellenplatz in der Nähe des Hauses. Diese Unterkunft kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

geode ontvangst door schoonmaakpersoneel, mocheten al om 900 naar binnen om om te kleden. erg mooi en ruim huis in een mooie omgeving, prima vakantie gehad.

Met 10 personen hebben gebruik gemaakt van het hele chalet. Het was geen enkel probleem om voor een grote groep te koken, de keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien. Alleen de dinerborden waren aan de klein kant. Eigenaar was erg gastvrij. Een deel van de groep die eerder aankwam kon een paar uur eerder in het chalet en mocht ook enkele uren langer blijven. Zelfs de Kroatische schoonmaakster was erg aardig en had ook een erg boeiend levensverhaal. Kortom, het was een tipvakantie in een tophuis.
