This luxurious ski-in / ski-out apartment for a maximum of 8 people is located on the first floor of an apartment complex in Alpendorf in Sankt Johann im Pongau in Salzburgerland. There is an elevator in the building.
Due to the hillside location, you can walk straight up to your terrace from your holiday apartment and enjoy the view of the slopes and the surrounding mountains. The slope can be reached on foot in approx. 200 m.
The apartment is truly equipped with all amenities and is spacious and luxuriously furnished. It has a large living room, a luxury kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a relaxation room with a sauna (in the complex, for a fee), a ski room in the basement and a great terrace.
Alpendorf, part of St. Johann im Pongau, is located in the middle of the Salzburger Land, so that you are in a very central location here both in winter and in summer. There are numerous sights, lifts, magnificent gorges and opportunities for hiking and mountain biking around Alpendorf. In winter, the ski area of Alpendorf/Wagrain/Flachau with a total of 210 kilometers of slopes is right next to the apartment complex.
You can also use the same Ski Amadé pass to visit other ski areas at no additional cost.

Date of stay: January 2022Wat een fantastisch appartement. Alle faciliteiten zijn beschikbaar om optimaal van je vakantie te genieten. Het appartement straalt luxe uit en is erg comfortabel. Vanaf aankomst tot aan het vertrek was alles geregeld en netjes in orde. Zo is er bijv. een broodjes service, dus staat er iedere ochtend vers brood klaar. Als er vragen zijn, kun je altijd iemand bereiken. De sauna is een heerlijke extra. Zo ontspannen om na een dag op de latten de warmte op te zoeken. Het balkon is echt gigantisch. Met een grote groep kun je genieten van de zon op het balkon vanwege de perfecte ligging. Het is maar 2 minuten lopen naar de gondel. Echt geweldig! Wij zijn een week op wintersport geweest, maar we gaan van de zomer ook! Het is een prachtige omgeving en een kind vriendelijk gebied. Wij zullen zeker terugkomen en kan dit iedereen aanbevelen!

Date of stay: September 2021Sehr schönes sauberes und luxuriöses Chalet. Mit allem ausgestattet was man wirklich braucht. Die bodentiefen Fenster bieten ein fast rundumblick. Man kann vom jedem Schlafzimmer auf den Balkon. Eine sehr gelungene Architektur. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und werden dieses Chalet auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Date of stay: June 2017Wat een schitterend appartement! Mooie luxe inrichting en prima bedden. Je kunt zien dat alles nieuw is. Het appartement ligt op een prachtige locatie vlakbij diverse restaurantjes en veel mogelijkheden om uitstapjes te maken. Om het plaatje helemaal compleet te maken zouden we adviseren om 1 grote tafel op het ruime balkon te plaatsen in plaats van 2 mini-tafels. Dan zou het appartement was ons betreft perfect zijn.
