This beautiful holiday apartment for a maximum of 5 people is located in a quietly located holiday home in Brixen im Thale in Tyrol, directly in the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski area.
The holiday apartment is on the 1st floor and has a large entrance area with a cloakroom, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a cozy, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. There is also a living room with a comfortable lounge sofa (also a sofa bed for two people), large screen Apple TV (42") with Dutch channels and DVD player. The holiday home also offers a ski storage room, garden and terrace (shared with other guests ) and plenty of parking space.
Nestled in gentle grassy mountains with extensive alpine pastures, the charming town of Brixen im Thale is located in the middle of the Brixental, about 10 minutes by car from the famous Kitzbühel. In summer the town and the surrounding area is a perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours, in winter Brixen im Thale is part of the well-known ski area Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental, one of the largest ski areas in Austria with over 270 kilometers of slopes and 82 modern lifts.
The ski lift to the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental ski area is only 400 m away, and various hiking trails and cycle paths are a convenient distance of just 200 m. The golf course and the public swimming pool are also just around the corner.
There are plenty of shops for your daily needs directly in town or in Kitzbühel, as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Date of stay: February 2019 - March 2019Prima accommodatie. Zeer complete keuken, fijne zithoek (met grote tv en heel veel zenders incl. nederlandse). Wat vreemd dat de badkamer en wc alleen via de slaapkamer van de kinderen te bereiken is, maar voor ons geen probleem. Accommodatie wordt binnenkort verbouwd/vernieuwd. Prima locatie, lift en supermarkt op loopafstand. Wij hadden geen onderburen (was niet verhuurd), ben wel benieuwd of je geluidsoverlast hebt van elkaar als die er wel zitten.

Date of stay: January 2019 - February 2019Appartement ligt op loopafstand van de skilift en supermarkt, maar wij reden met alle spullen iedere dag naar de lift en parkeerde daar onze auto. appartement is prima, eenvoudig maar van alle gemakken voorzien. het was schoon en zag er netjes uit. Met een gezin met 3 grote kinderen is het een beetje aanpassen aan elkaar en aan de ruimte, maar wij zijn een camper gewend en was het voor ons geen probleem. De badkamer is alleen via de kinderkamer te bereiken en 1 kind sliep op de slaapbank in de woonkamer.

Date of stay: February 2018Locatie was prima dicht bij de liften en bij de supermarkt. Ligging weliswaar langs de hoofdweg maar dat gaf geen overlast. Erg jammer dat de badkamer (waarin tevens het enige toilet van het huis was) alleen toegankelijk was via de kinderslaapkamer. Deze was bovendien slechts afgescheiden met een niet al te goede schuifdeur. De bedden waren erg slecht bijzondere harde bedbodems met dunne matrassen, die echt niet lekker lagen. De slaapbank in de woonkamer lag veruit het best.

Date of stay: December 2016 - January 2017Van alle wintersportvakanties, is dit huis qua ligging ten opzichte van de gondel en de gezelligheid ons het beste bevallen, De gondel van Brixen is op wandelafstand, De auto kun je de hele week laten staan, Het appartement zelf is prima ingericht, de bedden waren goed, de keuken was goed uitgerust en in de woonkamer zit je heel gezellig, Er hangt een super grote TV (met Nederlandse Sat), Er is een skihok en parkeerplaatsen bij het huis, alles was prima in orde,

Date of stay: December 2016Het is ons zeer goed bevallen in Haus Steiner, zeker het aanbevelen waard, Huismeester is erg behulpzaam en gemakkelijk te bereiken, Bushalte voor de deur en de supermarkt is vlakbij net als de lift en de apres-ski, we hebben de auto in de carport gezet en niet meer nodig gehad, De broodjes die je bij de het tankstation in de buurt haalt ook op zondag zijn heerlijk, We gaan hier zeker vaker naartoe, De tuin is in de zomer geweldig met het stromende water naast de tuin, Er is ook een mooi terras waar de hele dag zon is, Fijne vakantie gehad !
