Huis slecht schoongemaakt er staat niet bij dat het onderste verdieping van het huis is. Belvilla draagt geen toeristenbelasting af, voor ons geen Belvilla meer

Een groot en schoon appartement. Het ruikt wel erg muf, ondanks veelvuldig openzetten van de ramen. De inrichting is gedateerd. Het bovenbed van het stapelbed moet normaal gesproken met 4 houten duvels ( =houten blokje) op zijn plek gehouden worden. Er zat er echter maar eentje en deze zat ook nog los. Erg gevaarlijk, je moet er niet aan denken dat het bovenbed naar beneden komt als er iemand in ligt. Verder lekte de verwarming in de badkamer en liep de afvoer van de wastafel niet goed af.

Goede locatie max. 10 minuten lopen naar het centrum en gondel, terug skiën tot 10 meter van het appartement. Appartement zelf is prima voor 4 personen. Niet veel luxe maar daar is de prijs ook niet naar.
