This is followed by a small open kitchen with a dishwasher. Together with the bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom, this apartment is ideal for a maximum of 5 people. From the living room you have access to the balcony. You can park directly at the holiday home.
The Schmittenhöhe ski area with 77 kilometers of pistes and 28 facilities and lifts is in the immediate vicinity, ideal for pleasure skiers, occasional skiers, passionate snowboarders or speed lovers. In total, Zell am See - Kaprun offers 3 ski areas with a total of over 400 kilometers of pistes with the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm - Leogang - Fieberbrunn ski area and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area.
The Schmittenstraße ends in the center of Zell am See, where there are many restaurants, supermarkets, shops and places to go out.

Date of stay: February 2022 - March 2022Keurig appartement. Bus naar skilift voor de deur. Met 5 personen weinig zitruimte omdat bedbank alleen als bed gebruikt kan worden. Prima douche en broodjesservice.

Date of stay: January 2021 - January 2022We had a great time in Zell am See. Great service from the owner and the bread service was also arranged very good. The bus stop in front of the house takes you to Zell am See, Kaprun and Saalbach - Hinterglemm. Great area for beginners and pro’s.

Date of stay: February 2018 - March 2018Een fijn , goed , schoon appartement , wij hadden appartement 4 . Met 2 kinderen van 8 en 10 een prima plek , de skibus stopte voor het appartement , zo’n 600 m naar de piste. Genoeg ruimte om het appartement buiten om voor de kinderen te spelen. Enig nadeel vonden wij dat het centrum iets te ver lopen was na een Ski dag met de kinderen maar dat kan eventueel ook met de bus. Aardige , vriendelijke , behulpzame eigenaar.
