This modern and luxurious apartment for a maximum of 8 people is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment house in Sankt Georgen near Salzburg in Salzburgerland, near Kaprun and Zell am See. The apartment house consists of a total of 5 apartments, which can be rented individually or together.
This apartment has a spacious living/bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed for 1 person (separated by a sliding door), a modern open kitchen equipped with modern appliances, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed for 1 person and a spacious bathroom. Due to the high roof construction, a beautiful gallery was created where a maximum of 2 additional people can sleep on a high-quality sofa bed. The apartment also has a balcony and there is a ski room available for shared use on the ground floor, as well as a washing machine (for a fee) and bicycles (for a fee). Parking is available directly at the apartment building.
The town of St. Georgen near Salzburg is centrally located in Salzburgerland, so in summer there are many golf courses, the Krimml waterfalls, the Großglocknerstraße, but also beautiful nature for hiking or mountain biking nearby. In winter you can reach the 3 ski areas of Zell am See with a total of 408 kilometers of slopes (Schmittenhöhe ski area, the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area and the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm / Leogang / Fieberbrunn) within a short time.
In summer, the swimming lake in St. Georgen or Lake Bürmoos offer lots of swimming fun!
There are plenty of shops for your daily needs right in town as well as a good selection of restaurants. The state capital Salzburg can be reached in about 30 minutes by car.

Date of stay: January 2023Vriendelijke eigenaar, we waren een paar uur te vroeg, geen probleem. Huis is keurig en netjes. Woonkamer een beetje te klein voor 6 personen. Het bed grenzend aan de woonkamer is erg hard, bijna niet geslapen. Rest van de bedden was wel goed. Skiruimte goed verwarmt, alleen de buizen waar onze skischoenen ophingen niet zodat onze schoenen niet goed konden drogen. Verder mooi huis, goede ligging voor alle drie skigebieden. Date of stay: October 2022Mooi en moderne appartementen en van veel gemakken voorzien. Producten als zeep, vaatwasmiddel en keukenrol is aanwezig wat erg prettig is. Ook een fijne ligging met veel te doen in de buurt. Helaas wel een paar minpunten, zo moet je ieder uur opnieuw inloggen op de WiFi(heel irritant). En je krijgt een kleine en een grote handdoek per persoon voor het hele verblijf. Voor de overige handdoeken moet je per persoon per dag 3,50 betalen terwijl in de beschrijving staat dat de handdoeken inclusief zijn (dit voelt als oplichting). Bovendien hadden we geen bank terwijl die op de foto’s wel te zien zijn. Hele dagen op de eetkamerstoelen zitten was geen pretje.

Und kann auch alle Probleme lösen. Die Gegend ist mit Hunden sehr schön. Man kann ausgiebig spazieren gehen. Der Spaß kommt auch nicht zu kurz. Die Rodelbahn ist mega . Wir kommen gerne wieder ?
