Date of stay: August 2019Wij kwamen 2 uur te vroeg op plaats bestemming maar geen enkel probleem werden vriendelijk te woord gestaan en mochten appartement eerder bewonen. Accommodatie is voorzien van alle gemakken, goede en ruime douche en toilet. Keuken is werkelijk voorzien van alle apparatuur en goede kwaliteit. Zeer verzorgd alles ! Eigenaar vraagt regelmatig of alles naar wens is en zorgt heel goed voor zijn gasten. Omgeving is geweldig, wij hebben er ons 2 weken prima vermaakt en dag ‘verveelt’. Kortom in zomer en winter een echte aanrader.

Date of stay: January 2019Saalbach is een prima skigebied, waar voldoende vermaak is voor iedereen. De vakantie valt of staat natuurlijk met het weer, maar wij hebben geluk gehad en alle dagen kunnen skiën. Het appartement (7B) is wat gehorig, maar in de meeste gevallen niet storend, als je rekening met elkaar houdt. Verder is er een geweldige broodservice, waarbij de vers gebakken broodjes om 7 uur in de ochtend aan je deur worden gehangen. De sauna's (warm en heet) zijn niet ruim (4 personen per sauna), maar de faciliteiten eromheen zijn indrukwekkend. Er is voldoende (niet overdekte) parkeergelegenheid en het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien (vloerverwarming, magnetron, aparte oven, koffiezetapparaat (met filter), waterkoker, koelkast (met kleine vriezer) en vaatwasser). De douche is ruim en waarschijnlijk beter dan thuis voor velen. Er wordt gebruik gemaakt van een opklapbaar bed, wat dan een bank vormt. Wij hebben het bed de hele week zo gelaten, er is voldoende gelegenheid om aan de tafel (met klein bankje) te zitten. De TV is groot en kan met een HDMI kabel aangesloten worden op laptop o.i.d. De supermarkt is op een kilometer afstand en de prijzen zijn vergeleken met NL een fractie duurder. De ski's en schoenen worden in het andere gebouw opgeslagen in een privélocker met daarin schoenendrogers. In Saalbach is het voor skipashouders gratis parkeren in de garage's, maar daarvoor dien je met het parkeergaragekaartje naar de kassa te gaan om hem, op vertoon van je skipas, te laten 'afstempelen'. De hoteleigenaar is ontzettend vriendelijke en servicegericht. Problemen worden consequent en efficiënt aangevlogen daar waar mogelijk. Aan flexibiliteit geen gebrek.
