The Wohnbereich is the best for a hot tub with a tumble-drier and a kitchen, which comes with all the necessary instructions. Vom Wohnzimmer aus gelangt man auf den Balkon, woman den Blick auf die Berglandschaft genießen kann.

Das Besondere an this Wohnung ist, dass Sie von Ihrem Fenster aus den Gipfel des Wilden Kaisers sehen; This legend is atemberaubend!

In the Umgebung you can experience winter in the white world with ski slopes, snowboarding, Langlaufen and hiking. Gleich in der Nähe is located in major ski areas such as St. Johann, Kitzbühel, Waidring-Steinplatte, Ellmau-Scheffau. A small family ski area is located directly in Kirchdorf. Im Sommer können Sie den zahlreichen Wander- und Mountainbikerouten folgen.
The surroundings of Ellmau, Kirchberg and the Kitzbühel world are one of the reasons why the Tyrolean atmosphere is great!

We look forward to welcoming you as guests in our apartment "Jäger" in Tyrol. Enjoy the alpine cosiness and atmosphere in our newly renovated and completely newly furnished apartment. We have designed the apartment with much effort and attention to detail. We hope that you will find your perfect holiday in this stunning location.The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms (with a total of 6 beds), a large living and dining area with an open kitchen and a bathroom as well as a separate toilet. About 200 meters away there is a public parking lot .     In winter you will find many large ski resorts such as St. Johann, Kitzbühel, Waldring-Steinplatte and Ellmau-Scheffau nearby, which can easily be reached by ski bus. The ski bus leaves from the main street on the corner of Café Hautz. Alternatively, just open the front door to find a cross-country ski run.   In summer the fantastic mountains invite you to go hiking. Directly in front of our apartment "Jäger" you can start to the impressive Kaiserbachtal and the legendary Teufelsgasse, which are among the most popular destinations in the Kitzbühel Alps. For a more relaxed pastime we recommend a visit to the cheese dairy "Wilder Käser", just a few minutes walk from the apartment. Fishing fun for the whole family is provided by the fishponds "Quellfisch" in nearby Schwendt. Shopping fun you can find at the high-end boutiques in Kitzbühel.We remain with best regards, "Pfiat eich"

We had a stay for 5 nights to accommodate our hiking holiday. We could start the hikes directly from the house, after we finished our breakfast of fresh bread which was delivered every morning at the front door! The host was super helpfull and enjoyed it to make it a pleasent trip for us. The house was a lovely place to return after a cold day outside, especially for the price.

Nahezu perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung mit Tiefgarage und Waschmöglichkeit und tollem großen Balkon, den man auch bei Regen nutzen kann. Cafe Hauts 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Reiterhof, Gaststätten und Schaukäserei schnell zu Fuß erreichbar, auch mit Kinderwagen gut zu laufen. Ruhige Wohngegend. Rundum sorglos Betreuung vor Ort, die gute Fee Barbara versorgt mit allem, was man braucht: Wetterinfos, frische Handtücher, Toilettenpapiernachschub Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Gegend. Alles bestens, toller Urlaub wir kommen gerne wieder!

Unser verlängertes Wochenende in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung haben wir mit unseren Kindern sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist komplett neu renoviert und sehr geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Sie befindet sich im OG mit einem großen Balkon. Die Sauberkeit ist tipptopp. Am Haus befindet sich ein Schlüsselsafe, so das wir flexibel anreisen konnten. Die Lage des Hauses ist schön ruhig und die Umgebung bietet zahlreiche Freizeitangebote. Wir haben die Eigentümer kennengelernt, die unter der zu vermietenden Wohnung ihr Feriendomizil haben. Eine superliebe und hilfsbereite Familie. Alles in einem kommen wir gerne wieder und können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Great apartment for a small family and with a couple of nice local restaurants which were reasonably priced compared to the dining at the big resorts locally. A car is essential but you are within easy driving distance of several good skiing areas in particular Kitzbuhel which we loved. Apartment is well maintained and had everything we could need. Thoroughly recommended.
